About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced General Practitioners to offer independent opinions in a range of civil and criminal cases. This includes claims involving delayed diagnoses, missed referrals, and prescribing errors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review full patient records and timelines

  • Provide standard of care analysis and prognosis opinions

  • Write structured medico-legal reports

  • Attend court if needed to provide oral evidence

Requirements:

  • Fully registered GP with minimum 5 years of experience

  • Strong understanding of primary care practice standards

  • Previous expert witness work or willingness to undertake training

  • Excellent documentation and attention to detail
