About the Role:
We’re seeking qualified dentists with experience in general or specialist practice to act as Expert Witnesses in legal matters involving dental negligence, personal injury, and occupational health. You’ll assess records, provide impartial opinions, and prepare court-ready reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Review dental records and radiographs

Provide reports on standard of care, causation, and prognosis

Participate in legal conferences and court proceedings if needed

Maintain impartiality and comply with CPR Part 35 guidelines
Requirements:

GDC registration
-
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience

Previous expert witness work preferred (training available)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
